James Manager took 300 NDDC Contracts of which none he fully executed, about 120 of them he fully received billions durring his time as chairman, Senate Committee on NDDC.

Manager secured the 300 contracts for himself alone, 120 of the contracts were fully paid for while none was executed.

The Senator has been in the red chambers since 2003 and currently serving his 5th term, lavishing monies meant to develope Niger Delta in Dubai.

Manager bought two apartments/flats at the First Central Hotel, Dubai, reputed to be equipped with 524 modern apartments running into millions of dollars, boasting of contemporary finishes and an enticing cosy ambience. 

Should this extremely corrupt fellow  stake out his head with interest for Delta State 2023 Governorship? James manager's criminal records are unprecedented expecialy his foresightedness to place many sensor officers of Anti-graft agencies in his payroll to avoid investigations.

With Billions of dollars stolen from Delta State, these individuals, James Manager, Sheriff Oborevwori, David Edevbie, Ibori are ruthless financial criminals, Deltans should be not be deceived they cannot be allowed to repeat their stealings.
