Judge Rejects Okowa's Billion Naira Bribe to Influence Judgement for Oborevwori




His Lordship, Hon Justice Taiwo O. Taiwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja Judicial Division has rejected Billions of naira provided by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State as bribe to influence court Judgement in favor of Sheriff Oborevwori.

Recall that an Abuja High Court restrained the Peoples Democratic Party flag bearer, to desist from recognizing Mr Oborevwori Sheriff Francis Orhowedor as the 2023 Delta State governorship flag bearer in the light of damning evidence brought before the court against him.

Gov Okowa's romance with corruption was prominent when he pacified the Ika North East party leaders including Hon Tony with the sum of N800m which eventually made Daramola Marilyn Okowa sole candidate of the party unopposed. 
He later advanced further by giving State delegates N5.6B to achieve the goal of making Sherriff Oborevwori the PDP governorhip candidate.
