Ex-Delta attorney general, Mrakpo to face legal action over forgery, perjury misconduct in Nigeria Immediate former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Delta state, (Southern Nigeria) Peter Mrakpor has been profiled to face legal actions for forgery and perjury. Our correspondent gathered that one Mike Chukwuka .N. had made petitions some time ago to the Nigeria Bar Association NBA, indicting Mrakpor of several forgery and professional misconducts. That petition however necessitated some investigations bordering on misconducts of Mrakpor even when he was the attorney general of Delta State, Nigeria. Finding revealed that Mrakpor facilitated a petition and affidavit from Delta State Ministry of Justice and had the same submitted by some staff of the Ministry of Justice to facilitate the 'fake' warrant of arrest of the former Nigeria Minister of State for education and Delta State 2023 governorship aspirant, Kenneth Gbagi.
