Ex-Delta attorney general, Mrakpo to face legal action over forgery, perjury misconduct in Nigeria


 

Immediate former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Delta state, (Southern Nigeria) Peter Mrakpor has been profiled to face legal actions for forgery and perjury.
 

Our correspondent gathered that one Mike Chukwuka .N. had made petitions some time ago to the Nigeria Bar Association NBA,  indicting Mrakpor of several forgery and professional misconducts.

That petition however necessitated some investigations bordering on misconducts of Mrakpor even when he was the attorney general of Delta State, Nigeria.

Finding revealed that Mrakpor facilitated a petition and affidavit from Delta State Ministry of Justice and had the same submitted by some staff of the Ministry of Justice to facilitate the 'fake' warrant of arrest of the former Nigeria Minister of State for education and Delta State 2023 governorship aspirant, Kenneth Gbagi.


Mr Mrakpor failed in his efforts to jump off the hooks, deny his crimes and implicate others after an outright denial of the affidavit of oath by the staff of the Ministry of Justice. They, ( Staff of the ministry of justice) stated that they knew nothing about the origin of such affidavit.

This further exposed Mrakpor who foist the failed arrest of Gbagi with forged documents, a fake warrant of arrest and a perjurious affidavit to his hidden crimes. 

The former Delta State Commissioner of Police, AIG Hafiz Inuwa who was not left out of the hooks swiftly disassociate himself from the warrant of arrest that was handed down to him with false claims that they were court orders. according to him, he didn't request, apply or instruct any known complaint to get a warrant to arrest Gbagi.

"The whole setups were politically motivated to de-market, kill the popularity and acceptance of the blameless man in Delta State Governorship race 2023 (Kenneth Gbagi)".

From the investigations, Mrakpor equally produced a fake law on domestic violence for the governor to sign, his Crime: he backdated it for Governor Okowa to sign.

He criminally backdate it to accommodate his orchestrated plan and machination to blackmail Gbagi with false claims of their girlfriends whom they planted in his workplace being stripped naked.

Records has it that the Mrakpor is the most dubious and notorious attorney General Delta state ever had, he used his office to release numerous criminals who now constitute high rate of cult killings and criminality in the said Delta State.

He submitted 'Nolle prosecute for criminals to be set free after obtaining bribes in millions of Naira and dollars.

As a serial lawbreaker and criminal mindedness, Mrakpor is the man who has a wife in Lagos State of the western part of Nigeria and dubiously contract another marriage for political reasons When his other marriages were not dissolved.

Investigation showed that during his time as attorney general of Delta state, he was clueless about his job, he lacks knowledge of the law and his job, his duties were performed by someone he contracted.
